Clean up has commenced

Got some help with cleaning, mostly on the back room. Still have many things to sort out, but, here are some photos of the progress.

This is my sad little "dining room", aka: my bedroom and the closest thing to a living room that has been set up, so far.

Don't know if you can tell, but a lot has been removed from it, and tossed.

However, a lot has been added, too, just today, thanks to my son cleaning his room. These are pretty much all the clothes he has had in his room. Some of them are not even his. Many of them are ripped up, but, they fit him, so, just as I do, he must make do with what he has.

 This is his bedroom, as it is now Finally got the mattresses switched out.

Here is what will be my bedroom, with the tower shelf that is still being worked on. Below is the rest of the unit, and the Queen sized mattress and box spring, with the blind that should be in the living room proper upon them.

Some of the mess that is being cleared away, and, also, proof that much already has been done. 

Paul, who does house cleaning for $10 per hour.

I told Paul that he could use me as a reference and I'd have this blog to be able to show people what he did. Though, to be fair, Marcus got it really started and Paul stepped in later. Still, he did really help out. 

I pulled my rug back inside and, later, I heard Marcus trying to vacuum it. There is something wrong with the vaccum. Has been that way, ever since I let Erica, then Tiffany, use it without supervision.

Remember this area from previous pictures? What a difference, eh?

A beautiful rug, rather in need of cleaning but oh so much better laid out than lumped up.
